Upon discovery of multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, 711php reserves the right to close all such accounts, void all wagers, confiscate any winnings, and retain all deposits as liquidated damages for breach of these Terms.

3. Account Security and Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any other authentication information. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, 711PHP AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Account Suspe nsion and Closure

Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, provided that you are in compliance with these Terms and have satisfied all outstanding wagering requirements and obligations. 11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against 711php. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis only.
